Secretary for Home Affairs Lau Kong-wah today congratulated Hong Kong fencer Nicholas Choi for winning a silver medal in the Men's Foil Individual at the 13th National Games.
Hailing Choi's brilliant result, Mr Lau said the achievement is encouraging.
"I hope Hong Kong athletes will continue to strive for success," he added.
