The Lands Department will open a Ma On Shan residential site and a Kowloon Bay commercial site to tender from March 27.
The Ma On Shan site is Sha Tin Town Lot No. 605 on Lok Wo Sha Lane, which has a site area of 5,830 square metres and a maximum gross floor area of 20,988.
The Kowloon Bay site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6313, which has a site area of 3,795 square metres and a maximum gross floor area of 45,540. It is designated for non-industrial uses.
The tender exercise will close May 8.
