Three residential sites at Kai Tak will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
The tender invitation will start on December 27 and close on February 21.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6525 has a site area of about 8,780 sq m. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 28,974 sq m and 48,290 sq m, and at least 805 units must be built.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6526 has a site area of about 9,313 sq m. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 30,733 sq m and 51,221 sq m, and at least 855 units must be built.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6527 has a site area of about 10,149 sq m. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 33,492 sq m and 55,819 sq m, and at least 930 units must be built.
The final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's
website by December 27, when the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
