Lot No. 1181 in Demarcation District No. 215 at Hong Kin Road, Tui Min Hoi in Sai Kung will be sold by public tender as part of the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme, the Lands Department announced today.
The tender invitation will run from March 13 to April 24.
The lot has a site area of about 3,424 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
It has a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 2,876 and 4,793 sq m.
