The Centre for Health Protection has learned of two new avian influenza A (H7N9) cases in Guangdong.
They involve a 56-year-old man in Guangzhou who is in critical condition, and a nine-month-old girl in Zhongshan who is in stable condition.
They bring the total number of confirmed H7N9 cases on the Mainland to 506.
