The Centre for Health Protection has learned of three new avian influenza A (H7N9) cases in Guangdong.
They involve a 21-year-old man in Shenzhen, a 59-year-old man in Meizhou and a 42-year-old woman in Foshan. The male patients are in a stable condition while the female patient is in a critical condition.
They bring the total number of confirmed H7N9 cases on the Mainland to 502.
