The Lands Department will open two Tuen Mun residential sites to tender.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 539 at the junction of Hoi Wing Road and Hang Fu Street has a site area of 4,831 square metres.
The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, petrol filling station and private residential) purposes is 13,908 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is computed according to the conditions of sale.
The tender exercise for this site will open on April 17 and close on May 29.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 500 at Kwun Chui Road has a site area of 24,336 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 72,960 sq m. It is designated for private residential uses.
The tender exercise for this site will open on April 30 and close on June 12.
