Residential sites fetch $199m

Tenders for two residential sites in Tuen Mun have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $198.88 million, the Lands Department announced today.
 
Tuen Mun Town Lot No.490 on Castle Peak Road, Tai Lam, was awarded to Sure Strong Corporation for $138.8 million.
 
The site is 2,050 square metres. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 1,599 and 2,665 sq m.
 
Tuen Mun Town Lot No.495 on Kwun Fung Street, Siu Lam, was awarded to Fortune Loyal Development for $60.08 million.
 
The site is 1,960 sq m. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 471 and 784 sq m.
