Police have received a letter from Lee Bo through his wife. The force said the letter’s content is similar to Lee’s previous letters.
Mrs Lee told Police last night she had met her husband that afternoon at a guesthouse on the Mainland. She said he is healthy and in good spirits, and that he is assisting in an investigation in the capacity of a witness.
She has not disclosed further details regarding the location of the meeting or the nature of the investigation Lee is involved in.
Police will continue investigating the case and have issued another request to the Guangdong Public Security Department to assist in arranging a meeting between Lee and the Hong Kong Police.
