Immigration and Police officers yesterday arrested 22 illegal workers and an employer.
They raided five locations across Hong Kong, including restaurants and offices, and arrested two men and three women.
Two women held recognisance forms, which prohibit employment. One also held a fake Hong Kong identity card.
One woman was arrested for employing the illegal workers.
Officers also raided Cambridge Plaza in Sheung Shui, arresting 17 Mainlanders for parallel goods trading.
The seized goods included milk powder, healthcare products, electronic devices, skincare products, snack foods and shower gel.
