The Department of Health has learned of another fatal case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, in the United Arab Emirates.
The 64-year-old man from Abu Dhabi with MERS died on March 30.
He had recently travelled to Oman and Saudi Arabia, and had contact with animals, including camels.
This brings the latest global number of confirmed cases of the disease to 207, including 87 deaths.
