Chief Executive CY Leung says the Government welcomes the High Court judgment on the oath-taking of legislators-elect Sixtus Leung and Yau Wai-ching.
Speaking to the media tonight, Mr Leung said the Government will follow-up on the matter according to the law and take into account the court ruling.
He said oath-taking must be performed in compliance with Basic Law Article 104.
