Secretary for the Civil Service Paul Tang visited Kwun Tong District today to learn about the latest developments there and meet with local representatives.
He visited the Energising Kowloon East Office which is responsible for the development of Kowloon East into an attractive core business district to support Hong Kong’s economic growth and strengthen the city’s global competitiveness.
Mr Tang toured the Anderson Road public housing construction sites, where he was briefed on the project which comprises two estates, providing about 17,900 public rental housing units for around 48,500 residents.
Mr Tang also met with district council members.
