2 dead, 1 injured in Tin Sum crash

Hong Kong Police

Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tin Sum early this morning in which two men were killed and a woman was injured.

 

About 3.30am, a private car travelling along Sha Tin Road heading for the New Territories crashed into a kerb near the Prince of Wales Hospital.

 

The 33-year-old male driver and his 37-year-old male passenger and 24-year-old female passenger were taken to the Prince of Wales Hospital where the two men were certified dead.

 

Police officers from Traffic New Territories South are investigating the accident.

 

Anyone who might have witnessed the accident is urged to contact the Special Investigation Team on 2611 3200 or 2611 3243.
