Surplus HOS flat ballots drawn
*
Housing Authority

Ballots have been drawn to determine applicant priority in the sixth sale phase of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats.

The ballot results and the priority list can be accessed here from tomorrow.

Notifications, along with sales brochures, price lists and other information will be sent to eligible applicants.

Flat selection will begin in mid-August and on-site show flats in Yau Chui Court Stage II and Kam Fung Court will open a week before flat selection starts.

The authority is offering 3,200 flats in this phase. About 1,110 are unsold flats in Yau Chui Court Stage II in Yau Tong. The remaining 2,100 scattered units and returned flats are located in 32 courts throughout the city.

More than 39,000 applications have been received. More than 32,000 were white forms and nearly 7,000 green forms. Click here for the definition of the two forms.
