Renovations set for To Kwa Wan Public Library
*
Leisure & Cultural Services Department

To Kwa Wan Public Library will undergo renovations starting July 1, in a move to offer better facilities and services.

 

The works will be implemented in two phases and are to be completed in eight months.The library's opening hours will remain unchanged during the works period.

 

The first phase of construction will start on July 1. The students' study room, the audio-visual library and the extension activities room will be temporarily closed during the renovation.

 

The second phase will begin in mid-October, during which, the students' study room will be used as a temporary library to provide limited lending services, reference and information, readers' advisory, newspapers and periodicals, reservations, self-service photocopying, Internet and self-charging services. An after-hours book-drop service will be available.
