Primary One applications open

*

Application forms for Primary One places in Government or aided schools next September are available. Applications are open to children born on or before December 31, 2000.

Application forms, explanatory notes and information leaflets are available from kindergartens, childcare centres, District Offices (Public Enquiry Service Centres) and the Education & Manpower Bureau's Regional Education Offices and School Places Allocation Section.

Completed forms should be submitted to the school of choice for an admission discretionary place during school office hours between September 26 and 30.

Children who have accepted P1 places in Direct Subsidy Scheme schools will not be allocated places in Government or aided primary schools through the allocation system.

To apply only for Central Allocation, completed application forms should be submitted September 26 to January 20 to the bureau's School Places Allocation Section at 2/F, Lui Kee Education Services Centre, 269 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai. For more information call 2891 0088 or click here.
