People aged 15 to 19 are welcome to apply for the second phase of the Youth Pre-employment Training Programme 2003-04 from February 7 to 23.
The Labour Department will stage exhibitions throughout the territory to promote the second phase of the programme and accept on-the-spot applications.

Application forms can be obtained from the Labour Department Job Centres; Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry Service Centres; District Offices of the Social Welfare Department; and other designated training bodies.
They can also be downloaded from the programme's website. Online registration is available to applicants aged 18 or above. For enquiries, call 2835 2188.
