Liberal Stephen Leung to contest by-election
*

One more nomination for the Hoi Sham constituency by-election in the Kowloon City District Council was received today.

 

District officer Stephen Leung of the Liberal Party is the fifth nominees since nominations began on December 20.

 

The other four nominees are community organiser Pius Yum, solicitor Lam Kin-man, manager Pun Kwok-wah, and merchant Lam Hoi-sing.

 

The nomination period expires January 2, with the by-election scheduled for February 9.
