The tender for a Yuen Long site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of more than $988 million, the Lands Department announced today.

Lot No. 1066 in Demarcation District No. 103 in Au Tau has been awarded to Power Truth Development.

It has a site area of 28,457 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 20,489 sq m and 34,148 sq m.
