The tender for a Tuen Mun site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.401 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 516 at Tsing Ha Lane has been awarded to New Fusion Trading, a subsidiary of Gingerlily Investments.
It has a site area of 5,317 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 11,485 sq m and 19,141 sq m.
