Lot No. 1909 in Demarcation District No. 100 at Fan Kam Road in Sheung Shui will be sold by public tender, as part of the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme.
The tender invitation will run from February 27 to April 10.
The lot has a site area of 6,409 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor area are 1,846 and 3,076 sq m.
The lot’s final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the Lands Department website by February 27 when the tender particulars are gazetted.
