The Centre for Health Protection is monitoring an additional case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome in the Philippines.
The male patient is a foreigner who travelled from the Middle East to the Philippines.
He tested positive on July 4 and is now in isolation.
It is the second MERS case confirmed in the Philippines.
The centre urges people to pay special attention to their safety when travelling and to avoid non-essential travel to Korea.
