The Centre for Health Protection has announced that from noon yesterday to noon today, one new severe adult influenza case was recorded.
An additional death was recorded among previously reported cases, bringing the total number of severe adult cases to 582, including 440 deaths.
The centre urged people to stay vigilant, get vaccinated early, and maintain good personal and environmental hygiene.
