More than 600 primary and secondary students showed their skills in the 18 Districts Cheering Team Competition today at Queen Elizabeth Stadium.
The competition is part of the celebration of the 17th anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's establishment.
It was district-based and divided into primary and secondary school sessions.
Yan Chai Hospital Law Chan Chor Si Primary School won the primary school section, while the Hong Kong Management Association KS Lo College was champion of the secondary school section.
The cheering team of Shanghai's East China Normal University and the Indonesian national team were invited to give demonstrations.
