The three astronauts in China's first manned space docking mission have sent a thank-you note to Hong Kong ahead of their visit, which starts tomorrow.
The message, signed by Jing Haipeng, Liu Wang, and Liu Yang, sends greetings to Hong Kong people and thanks them for their support for the country's space programme.
The trio will start their four-day visit tomorrow morning by opening an exhibition on China's space programme; holding meetings with students, academics, researchers and the media; and, attending briefings on Hong Kong's development.
The 40-member delegation includes the key commanders and planners of the space programme.
