The tender for a Man On Shan residential site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of $2.138 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 601 was awarded to Loyal Pioneer, a subsidiary of Chun Wo Development Holdings and China City Construction (International).

It has a site area of 23,500 sq m, and the minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,600 and 36,000 sq m.
