Financial Secretary John Tsang today met officials from Australia and New Zealand in Brisbane before the Group of Twenty Leaders' Summit to promote business opportunities with the countries.
Mr Tsang started the day by meeting Queensland Treasurer and Minister for Trade Tim Nicholls, before visiting Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk.
He then held a bilateral meeting with New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Bill English.
Mr Tsang later had dinner with former Deputy Prime Minister and Treasurer of Australia Wayne Swan.
He will attend the G20 Leaders' Summit tomorrow and on Sunday as part of the China delegation, then head to Sydney for a three-day visit.
