APEC ministers discussed how to increase SMEs' innovation capacities, improve the policy environment for SMEs' innovation, and promote SMEs' growth through innovation.
Mr So briefed the ministers on Hong Kong's initiatives to support SME innovation.
Mr So will travel to Shenzhen to open the 1st HK-SZ Design Biennale tomorrow, before returning to Hong Kong in the evening.
