Senior appointments announced

Director of Leisure & Cultural Services Betty Fung will assume the post of Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs on July 14, succeeding Raymond Young who will retire, the Government announced today.

 

Deputy Secretary for Education Michelle Li will take up the post of Director of Leisure & Cultural Services from July 17.

 

Secretary for the Civil Service Paul Tang said Mr Young has served in the civil service for 31 years with strong drive and dedication, and has made exemplary contributions to Hong Kong's development.
