The Chief Executive has approved the appointment of Fred Lam as the Airport Authority's Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Stanley Hui, who will leave the authority on July 10.

The appointment is for three years, starting from October 1.

In the interim, Airport Operations Executive Director Ng Chi-kee will serve as Acting CEO.
