More than 30 nostalgic toys, designed, manufactured or sold in Hong Kong over the years, are on display Central MTR Station's arttube until July 2.
The exhibition is divided into six parts:
* Western & Folk Toys: Late Qing to Early Republican Period;
* Dolls & Cookery Sets: 1930s;
* The Post-War Period: 1940s to 1950s;
* Made in the British Colony of Hong Kong: 1960s;
* Toy Kingdom: 1970s; and,
* Electronic World: 1980s to 1990s.
The exhibits represent toy trends of different periods and many of them were highly popular at their time of manufacture.
The arttube is located on the mezzanine floor near the station's 'J' exits. Admission is free.
