Pui Pui ready for visitors

Crocodile Pui Pui has moved into her new landscaped home at the Wetland Park, and is ready for a visit!

Pui Pui was captured by the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department officers in 2004, and transferred to Kadoorie Farm & Botanic Garden. She was moved to the wetland park two weeks ago where she was initially kept indoors for observation.

She has now been moved into her landscaped enclosure and can be easily viewed by the public. If you visit, remember to watch the crocodile quietly, without knocking on the glass panels.

Measuring 1.75 metres and weighing 19.5kg, Pui Pui will grow to three metres when mature. The 72-square-metre outdoor enclosure in the wetland park is designed to accommodate her as she grows larger.
