Police have charged a 44-year-old man with murder and wounding for assaulting two men, aged 56 and 61, after a dispute near Ming Chau House in Kin Ming Estate, Tseung Kwan O on August 11.

The 56-year-old was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital with serious head wounds while the 61-year-old man was taken to Tseung Kwan O Hospital with hand injuries.      

The 56-year-old was certified dead at 11.22am today. A post-mortem will be conducted later to determine the cause of his death.

The 44-year-old man will appear in Kwun Tong Magistrate's Courts this afternoon.
