Advisory issued to HK tourists in Russia
*

Hong Kong tourists in Moscow and nearby areas should reduce physical exertion and outdoor activities, the Government says.

Although concerned about the smog caused by wildfires in Russia, the Hong Kong Government said today there is no need to issue an outbound travel alert for the country.

It is advising Hong Kong tour groups to monitor the air quality in Russia. They should stay indoors and avoid areas with high air pollution, and adjust travel itineraries if needed.

Hong Kong people needing help when abroad should call the Immigration Department hotline (852) 1868.
