The Independent Commission Against Corruption received 31 complaints containing 90 allegations against it last year.
The commission's Complaints Committee 2009 report tabled at the Legislative Council today said 49% of the allegations involved misconduct, 38% neglect of duty and 13% abuse of power.
The committee held three meetings last year and considered 20 complaints involving 53 allegations. Four allegations in two complaints were found to be substantiated and the officers involved were given a verbal warning and advice.
