Police seek information in fatal car crash
*

An 18-year-old man died early this morning after the car in which he was a passenger reportedly crashed into a pole. The driver, a 20-year-old man, was seriously injured.

 

The car was travelling on the Tolo Highway towards Fanling when the accident occurred near Hong Lok Yuen at about 4.45am.

 

The two men were rushed to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. The passenger was certified dead at 5.24am.

 

Police officers from Traffic New Territories North are investigating the accident.

 

Anyone who might have witnessed the accident is urged to contact the Special Investigation Team on 2675 3325 or 2675 3386.
