Transport Department

The Personalised Vehicle Registration Marks Scheme's sixth invitation exercise will launch on May 1, the Transport Department says.

Applications should reach the department by May 31. If there are more than 1,500 applicants, those to be considered will be selected by lot.

Download applications forms and guidance notes here. Each applicant can submit only one application in each exercise. If an applicant submits more than one application, the department will not process any of their applications.

Applications can be put in the drop-in box at any of the department's licensing offices or posted to the department's Vehicle Registration Marks Unit, Room 506-508, 5/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai. No deposit payment is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of an application, the department will send an acknowledgement to the applicant by ordinary post. Applicants who have not received any acknowledgement within two weeks after submission of their applications can call 2804 2600.
