Tai O Bay dredging gazetted
*

The Housing, Planning & Lands Bureau plans to have the approach channel to Tai O Bay dredged to provide safe access for vessels.

The works, which involve 3.8 hectares of sea-bed, are scheduled to start in August for completion by November.

A notice describing the extent of area affected was gazetted today. The notice together with a related plan have been posted near the site. It can also be seen at the Lands Department's Survey & Mapping Office, 23/F North Point Government Offices, and the Islands District Office, 20/F Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central.

Anyone who has an interest, right or easement in or over the foreshore and sea-bed involved can submit a written objection to the Director of Lands, 20/F North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, by July 4.
