Seven pacts on logistics were signed by Hong Kong's Shippers' Council, Productivity Council, Chamber of Hong Kong Logistics Industry, Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics, Federation of Hong Kong Industries (Transport & Logistics Services Council), the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, and the Digital Trade & Transportation Network.

Areas of co-operation include multi-destination itineraries and information exchange, trade liaison, enhancing the service quality and travel experience, and manpower training.
Dragon Airlines also signed a Letter of Intent with the Lijiang Municipal Government, seeking regulatory approval and to make necessary preparation to launch direct services between Hong Kong and Lijiang.
Mr Tsang is leading a delegation of officials and business leaders in Kunming to attend the 3rd Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Co-operation & Development Forum.
