Suen Leung-kwong has been appointed to the Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee from September 1. He is a senior executive of a welfare agency and a member of the Social Welfare Department's District Co-ordinating Committee on Elderly Services.

The committee's other eight members have been re-appointed. They are Anna May Chan, Ching Cheung-ying, Vincent Lo, Agnes Mak, Dr Wong Chun-por, Gabriella Wong, Henry Lau and Aaron Wan.

Their re-appointment will also be effective from September 1, except for Messrs Lau and Wan who will start on October 1.

Members come from a wide range of professions and will draw on their expertise and experience in serving the committee.

Meanwhile, Nancy Tsang - who has served on the committee for seven years - will be retiring. The department thanked her for her valuable contributions.
