Exhibition to show environmental concern

Exhibition reflects environmental concerns

Lurid landscape: Recycling Plant, Chai Wan is one of the 13 works to be displayed at the Museum of Art showing local artists' concern for the environment.

Thirteen works will be displayed at the Museum of Art February 5 to April 25, reflecting local artists' concern for the environment.

 

The New Vision: New Colours exhibition will explore, through new perspectives, the new colour of the world.

 

The artists are Jaffa Lam, Luke Ching, Leung Chi-wo, Almond Chu, Lam Tung-pang, Chu Hing-wah, Choi Yan-chi, Simon Chau, Kung Chi-shing, Tim Li, Kacey Wong, and Kingsley Ng.

 

The museum opens 10am to 6pm Sunday to Wednesday and Fridays, and 10am to 8pm Saturdays. On Lunar New Year's Eve the museum will close at 5pm. It is closed Thursdays (except public holidays) and on the first two days of the Lunar New Year.

 

Admission is $10 and a half-price concession is available for full-time students, the elderly and the disabled. Admission is free on Wednesdays.
