Water quality at 30 beaches has been rated as 'good' for this weekend.

Cafeteria New, Cafeteria Old and Golden Beaches have been upgraded from fair to good, while Kadoorie has been downgraded from good to fair.

Butterfly and Silverstrand have been also been rated fair.

Seven beaches - Anglers', Approach, Ting Kau, Casam, Gemini, Hoi Mei Wan and Lido - are closed to swimmers year round because of poor water quality. People should not swim at these beaches.

Bathers should avoid swimming at beaches for up to three days after a storm or heavy rainfall.
