Flat sales up 10% in April

The total number of sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units received for registration by the Land Registry in April was 6,382. An increase of 10% over March. However, it was down 24.5% over April last year.

 

Using a 12-month moving average, the figure for April represented a decrease of 2.6% from March and 12.6% compared with April last year.

 

The total amount of these agreements in the month was $12.8 billion, down 10.1% from March and 25.6% compared with the amount for April last year.
