The Education & Manpower Bureau will organise nine parents' briefings from February 1 to 10 on the pre-primary education voucher scheme, which will be launched in the 2007-08 school year.

The scheme aims to provide a fee subsidy for parents whose children attend nursery, lower and upper classes in eligible local non-profit-making kindergartens, and to subsidise teachers' professional development.
