$4m more approved for snowstorm victims
*

A grant of $4 million from the Disaster Relief Fund has been approved for World Vision Hong Kong to undertake rice distribution projects for Mainland snowstorm victims in Anhui and Jiangxi.

The grant adds to a disbursement of $231.43 million made earlier for three provincial governments and four relief organisations for emergency relief for snowstorm victims in eight provinces. It takes the total value of grants to $235.43 million.

World Vision must submit an evaluation report and audited accounts to ensure the money is used properly.
