The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will hold the Boundless Sai Kung carnival on October 23 at Sai Kung Waterfront Park.
Running from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, it includes musical and dance performances, as well as activities highlighting the history and cultural heritage of Sai Kung and Hakka culture.
Other activities include workshops and art demonstrations.
