World-renowned flamenco dancer María Pagés and her dance company will stage I, Carmen in May.
Ms Pagés choreographed I, Carmen to reflect women's real lives and feelings. This new personal creative path is deeply rooted in her desire to talk about women, drawing on her own vital, emotional, physical, sentimental and creative life experiences.
She established María Pagés Compañía in 1990. Since then, the company has performed on the world's best and most prestigious stages and undertaken tours with social objectives in different countries.
I, Carmen will be staged at 8pm on May 27 and 28, and at 3pm on May 29 at Sha Tin Town Hall.
