Monk Biancai Releases the Demon will be performed in July as part of the Leisure & Cultural Services Department's Chinese Opera Festival 2015.
Cantonese aria singer Leung So-kam will direct the opera which is one of the South China Eight Classic Pieces. Law Kar-ying and other Cantonese opera stars will perform.
The performance will start at 7.30pm on July 5 at Sha Tin Town Hall, and at 7.30pm on July 6 and 7 at Ko Shan Theatre.
