Japan's Wrecking Crew Orchestra, which tops the street dance scene in Asia, will come to Hong Kong in November to perform FAKEST, in which nearly 60 talented artists will present a new-generation street art celebration.
FAKEST is one of the programmes of the New Vision Arts Festival organised by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department. It will be staged on November 8 and 10 at the Kwai Tsing Theatre auditorium.
Formed in 2003, Wrecking Crew Orchestra successfully transferred street art's boundless vitality and stamina onto the stage.
The group has eight core members - Yokoi, Dominique, Hanai, Take, Shohei, Bon, Sawada and U.U. Each contributes their own artistic vision while working dynamically together as a group.
They will be joined by almost 50 of Japan's top street dance talents.
Tickets priced at $130 to $360 are now available at URBTIX.
